About Me.

Moving through decades of your life without a clear understanding of how your brain works can feel incredibly lonely. In a world that fails to acknowledge neurodivergent needs, it’s common for overwhelm, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues to be our baseline. But what if they didn’t have to be? What if there was a way to look at your ADHD as an untapped strength rather than
a flaw?

The journey starts with acceptance, professional guidance, and a perspective shift. Whether you’re a chronic procrastinator, struggle with low self-esteem that seeps into your relationships, or have difficulty organizing your time (no matter how many lists you make!), you’re not alone. As someone who received an ADHD diagnosis late in life, I can assure you that it’s possible to design your life in a way that complements your neurodivergence and uncovers your full potential.

I’m a neurodivergent-affirming therapist with a special interest in helping adults who were recently diagnosed or suspect they have ADHD symptoms, as well as anxiety disorders. As a result, my approach focuses on looking at your current coping strategies with neutrality and helping you cultivate self-compassion. In our sessions, we’ll connect the dots between past experiences and your present reality, ensuring you get all the professional resources to embrace your neurodivergence. I also have experience guiding people through burnout, occupational stress, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and more.

In case you needed to hear it again—no, you’re not flawed. My down-to-earth approach and personal journey with ADHD encourage you to show up authentically, get curious about your challenges, and transform your inner dialogue.

Because the neurodivergent journey is so much more empowering when you have an ADHD-affirming therapist by your side.
